Initial Meeting: Share with me what you are looking for in a home. Please email me with the following information:
- Your time frame for buying a home
- Cities and neighborhoods that interest you
- Type of home (single family, multi-family, townhouse, condo, manufactured home, mobile home)
- Your minimum and maximum price range
- Minimum number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- Any other information about what you're looking for.
Pre-qualification: If you are not already pre-qualified and pre-approved, you can take full advantage of Weidel Realtors full service platform. Call one of our experienced lenders to pre-qualify for a home loan and determine your budget. This only takes ten minutes and there is no obligation on your part.

Pre-approval: If you are not already pre-approved, you can interview the lenders that I have suggested. Choose the lender you feel will work best for you. Make a formal application to get pre-approved for your loan.

Search for Properties: I will e-mail you a list of available homes that fall within your parameters the day they come on the market. This will allow you to see the homes before any of the other many homebuyers in your desired areas. Call me with your favorite few for a showing.
Private showing: I will arrange for a private showing of the inside and outside of the selected homes. If your dream home is not on the list, I will provide you with a new list of homes. You continue to search until...
